Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the website fpctraining.men and the purchase or access of digital products, training videos, courses, or related educational materials offered under FPC Training.
By using this website, purchasing a product, or accessing any FPC Training material, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
1. About FPC Training
FPC Training is an educational movement-based training system for men, focused on pelvic control, movement coordination, and functional pelvic-floor training.
FPC Training is operated by Ofer Sela, BPT, physiotherapist specializing in men’s pelvic-floor rehabilitation.
FPC Training is educational in nature. It does not replace medical evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, physiotherapy assessment, psychological care, or any other professional healthcare service.
2. Age Restriction
The website, products, videos, and training materials are intended only for adults aged 18 or older.
By purchasing or accessing any FPC Training product, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
3. Product Delivery Policy
FPC Training products are digital products.
After purchase, access to the digital product may be provided through Payhip, email, a secure access link, or another digital delivery method.
Unless stated otherwise on the product page, access will be available after successful payment confirmation.
Access terms may vary depending on the specific product purchased. If a product includes time-limited access, the duration will be stated on the product page or purchase page.
If you do not receive access after purchase, please contact: fpctrainingpt@gmail.com
4. Third-Party Checkout and Payment Processing
Purchases and payments may be processed through third-party platforms such as Payhip and/or their payment providers, including PayPal, Stripe, credit card processors, or other secure payment services.
FPC Training does not store full credit card details on its own servers.
When you purchase through Payhip or another third-party platform, your payment and checkout process may also be subject to that platform’s own Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and payment conditions.
FPC Training is not responsible for technical issues, policy changes, account restrictions, or payment processing decisions made by third-party platforms or payment providers.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Because FPC Training products are digital products, refunds are generally not available once access has been provided.
A refund may be considered only in the case of a technical failure that completely prevents access to the purchased product and cannot be resolved after reasonable support efforts.
Refunds are not provided for:
- Change of mind after access has been provided
- Failure to use the product
- Lack of time to complete the course
- Personal preference regarding the content
- Expectations not stated on the product page
- Technical issues caused by the user’s device, browser, internet connection, or settings
Where required by applicable law, this policy will be applied in accordance with legal consumer rights.
For technical problems or refund-related questions, contact: fpctrainingpt@gmail.com

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, upload, share, publish, publicly screen, teach, modify, translate, or create derivative works from any FPC Training material without explicit written permission.
Purchasing a product gives you personal access only. It does not give you ownership of the content or permission to share it with others.
Violation of these terms may result in termination of access and legal action.

You may not:

You are responsible for using the training safely, within your own limits, and with appropriate medical guidance when needed.
